I have recently gone through the nightmare of applying for a consultant medical interview.

I wanted to record some of my thoughts and reflections, in the hope that others may find it less testing than I did and will hopefully learn from some of my errors and perhaps copy some of my successes.

I discovered that you really have to PLAN to succeed in this game. It really is a game and that seems really silly. But, I eventually, figured out that I had to either learn how to play the game or else keep losing.

Spend the time to get to know yourself and work out your own strengths and weakness and learn how to sell them.

Practice answering questions and answer them in front of other (live) people and not just the mirror!!
